Order Processing & Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive:
- An immediate order confirmation email
- A second email once your order has been shipped
Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for orders that do not qualify for free shipping are automatically calculated at checkout after entering the destination ZIP code.
Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination location
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Product availability
- Peak shipping seasons
All delivery dates shown at checkout are estimated and not guaranteed.
Standard Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping
Available for select products and destinations with faster delivery options.
Delivery Methods
Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
A tracking number will be provided so customers can monitor their shipment status.
Contactless Delivery
No signature is required for most standard deliveries.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave the package in a secure location and document the delivery with photos when applicable.
In-Home Delivery (Premium Service)
Available only for selected oversized or premium products.
The carrier will contact the customer directly to schedule delivery to an agreed location within the home.
If the customer is unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, additional redelivery fees may apply.
Backordered Items
Occasionally, certain products may become temporarily unavailable and placed on backorder.
When this occurs:
- The order will be reserved with the manufacturer
- Customers will be notified by email within 24 hours
- An estimated shipping timeframe will be provided
Canceling a Backordered Item
Customers may contact our support team to request cancellation before shipment. Once approved, a refund or order update will be processed accordingly.
Inspection Upon Delivery
If You Are Present During Delivery
Please inspect your order carefully before signing for delivery.
If you notice any visible damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take clear photos of the package and affected item
- Specify which package was damaged
- Refuse delivery if the damage appears significant
Please contact AQUAHAUS customer support immediately after delivery.
Concealed Damage (Damage Found After Delivery)
If damage is discovered after unpacking:
- Take photos of both the packaging and the damaged product
- Ground shipment claims must be reported within 30 days
- Freight shipment claims must be reported within 2 business days
Customers may submit a return request online or contact our support team directly.
Shipping Address Changes
Due to tax compliance regulations and order processing systems, shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been placed.
Please verify all shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations
Manufacturer Warranty
All AQUAHAUS products include the applicable manufacturer warranty listed on each product page.
In addition, all AQUAHAUS faucets are backed by our 20-Year Limited Warranty, providing long-term confidence and peace of mind.

Important Limitations
Please note:
- Claims related to visible damage or product defects cannot be processed after the item has been installed, modified, or altered.
- Labor costs associated with installation, removal, handling, or reinstallation are not covered.
- Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or external circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
